How to Use the Gut Microbiome Test
Step 1: Place the feces catcher on the toilet.
Step 2: Take a spoonful of sample using the collection tube.
Step 3: Tightly close the lid and gently shake to dissolve the sample in the solution.
Step 4: Fill out the label on the collection tube.
Step 5: Place the tube in the biohazard bag, then into the test kit box. Seal the box with the provided sticker.
Step 6: Mail it off at your nearest post office. You should receive your results in 2-3 weeks.

We have provided you with a pre-addressed return label on the test kit box. Place the tube in the biohazard bag, then insert the bag into the test kit box. You can either keep the insert or recycle it. Mail it off at your nearest post-office. You should receive your results in 2-3 weeks.
